Shaking tables

Fameto machines are the best solution for prefabrication of concrete elements. The long experience in the concrete industry, combined with an efficient and responsive organisation, allows Fameto to develop modern, solid and easy-to-use solutions. The structures use the best and most modern technologies, and the study of details allows to provide reliable systems, which produce elements of high aesthetic quality and resistance.
To meet specific needs, Fameto offers vibrating tables for concrete products, to be used for production with metal moulds.
Whether casting concrete or vibrating concrete, the vibrating systems must supply the concrete with the energy necessary to induce a reduction in viscosity in the concrete and allow the mould to be completely filled by letting out the trapped air.
The majority of vibrating tables offered on the market allow only the control of the working frequency. This method allows the casting to move away from the resonance frequency of the mould, but not to adapt the ideal vibration power for the type of concrete used to the chosen frequency.
That’s why the OMOCRONOS series was born.

THE VIBRATING TABLE OMOCRONOS
The vibrating table "OMOCRONOS" consists of a vibration system with four vibrating axes. The construction is welded steel and the deck is heat treated to eliminate internal stresses.
On this "cube" are installed four electric vibrators synchronised by encoder and automation. These vibrators generate a linear (horizontal or vertical) or circular vibration, in a synchronised way. The system, in harmony with the control automation, allows a continuous adjustment of the amplitude and vibration frequency during production. The control system is simple and intuitive.
The system is started and shut down without centrifugal force, which is activated in a fraction of a second when the chosen working frequency is reached. This system eliminates the excessive amplitudes due to resonance.
The vibrating table "OMOCRONOS" allows a regulation that solves problems related to local resonances in the moulds, improving the transmission of energy. The result is a longer mould life and a higher quality of the concrete product produced.
In the figure below you can see the principle of control of the eccentric masses that realise the possibility to manage vibration in a way to be effective.
